Apply generous amount to wet hair and scalp. Leave on hair for 5 minutes then rinse. For a deep condition, leave on for 15 minutes and rinse. Follow up with quad butter cream or leave in conditioner of your choice 

For silk press: Apply mask, leave on for 15 minutes, Shampoo twice, rinse apply conditioner,  rinse, apply serum, blow-dry and/or straighten to seal in
