Asheamarie boric acid is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally.
How To use:
1. Wash your hands well
2. Gently insert suppository with your fingers into your vagina.
It should be inserted a comfortable amount, which should be far enough that it won't have the chance to slip out. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that's it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work.
Discharge is expected when using a vaginal suppository, so we recommend wearing a panty liner to help keep you clean.
